We're a group of solo traveling women who enjoy scouring the globe in search of products that promote travel, culture & style. Our products are carefully curated with your delight & enjoyment in mind.
REFUNDS: We are happy to provide refunds for any defective products or orders that simply do not arrive. Please submit a ticket via our help desk by clicking here if you'd like to request a refund: https://timetraveladventures.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new. Please allow our support team 48-72 hours to get back to you.
CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final. We're sorry but we cannot provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. :-)
CUSTOMS ISSUES: We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Time Travel Adventures is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
