Giveaway items are sourced abroad and may take up to 40 days to arrive. We appreciate your patience regarding these particular products. We love offering "free + shipping" giveaways! We ship these items without tracking and via a more economical shipping courier. If your item doesn't arrive within 40 days, please submit a ticket via our help desk by clicking here. We'll investigate and either re-send your order via tracked shipping or provide you with a refund (whichever you prefer).

All other items take 2-3 weeks to arrive. These products will include a tracking number via your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc).

The products in our store come from a range of different suppliers so, if you ordered more than one product type, they may arrive in separate packages within a few days of one another.
